This morning my physical therapy went great, my therapist says I'm doing wonderful and healing up wonderfully too. She watched me climb some stairs and told me that I can go upstairs just go one at a time and be careful. I can go outside if I want to just use common sense and it might be a good idea to wear pants, heeheehee. No more walker I can use a cane. I've got to continue to ice, evaluate and keep the leg pump thingies on. I feel like a big ole weight has been lifted off my shoulders because I was so afraid of my knee locking up on me, I've heard all kinds of horror stories. Plus being told that I can get out is a big relief even if it's just to do a lil front porch sittin in my long John's and heavy coat. I know I'm far from being healed up but I'm getting there and I won't over do it, I'm listening to my body and rest when I need to. I would like to thank everyone for all the thoughts, prayers and well wishes, y'all don't know how much I appreciate them. Sorry for the ugly knee picture. โค๐ #healingup #newknee #lookingforwardtonewadventures (at Ye Ole Homestead) https://www.instagram.com/p/Butwc6XnpWVeP47sDbZMlEOz3GvWOFxe6gnvW80/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=mfoe5ij4xiqe
