We all have some kind of pressure on us, whether it be from school, work, family it's there and it can get really heavy to the point of where you can't hold it in and break and no body wants that. So, here is a few things you can do and be warned right now some of these things are okay to do sometimes!
1. Take a shot or have a glass of wine/ smoke a bowl (if your 21 or however old you have to be to legally drink or is legal where you live)
2. Be alone, he left alone. Take the day off.
3. You do you. Instead of focusing on others focus on yourself and only yourself and if that means turning off the phone or computer, do it.
4. Get the fuck away from media. A lot of bull shit drama that lets face it won't matter in a few years takes place a lot online now a days so leave it alone, it's not going anywhere.
5. Destract yourself, the best way is to read a book or watch a movie that is not online, downloaded or streaming. Stay off the internet.
6. Drink some tea. Don't drink anything with caffeine, you want to relax and yes this does involve energy drinks too.
7. Take a bath, I'm not talking any kind of bath, this is a you day so, candle light, herbs in the bath water, bath bombs, bubble bath and soft music (My favorite is the ambiance of the Slytherin commen room)
8. Before you do any of this take time off to clean your house that way there is nothing to worry about when your home.
9. Do something you love, but stay off the internet and do it for yourself no one else wether that is drawing, dancing, acting, singing. You don't have to be good, just do it.
10. Get 8-10 hours of sleep to refresh your body, keep your phone off and set an alarm on an alarm clock. And go to bed at a reasonable time.
11. You can eat, but don't over eat, limit yourself so in the morning you don't feel bad.
12. If you really are going to break down then now's the time. That's right, cry. If you need to do it so that way all your emotions your holding in can be released.
13. The next day, wake up with enough time to take your time getting ready and making yourself breakfast with tea. Keep off the caffeine for today too. Caffeine makes you agitated and don't waste all that time you just spend on yourself. Lastly, once you have ate, gone to work or school come home and then you can check your media.
Trust me, after this everything is getting to feel better and don't worry, things will get better.
