Day 29 of ❤️#healinghearts ❤️is prasarita padottanasana C (or wide-legged forward fold with hands interlaced behind the back). This opens the chest and shoulders while stretching the hamstrings. From standing with the legs wide and feet firmly rooted through all four corners of the feet, interlace the hand behind the back (or use a strap or grab opposite elbows), inhale and lift the chest and lift the kneecaps (activating the legs). Keep the belly drawn in (but not engaged) to create space in the pelvic floor.
