Unconditional Love

I can honestly say that until I saw my son brought into the world, that I truly knew unconditional undying love. I have never felt so accomplished. I still, to this day, look at him and know no matter what he does in life or where he may go..he will always be my great accomplishment. I fall in love more everyday. Nothing and no one could ever change my love for him.

The love of a child is unbreakable and unchanging. I remember Noah's first Easter. I will never forget that Passion Play.

For the first time..I understood the sacrifice of God and Mary. How much Jesus endured..how helpless Mary must have felt. God with all that power, allowed Jesus to die so cruelly. I couldn't have done any of that. It moves me.

I have a pin on my purse..it says, "Jesus died for my space in heaven." Wrap your mind around that. He loved and believed in us so much he without hesitation, gave His life. That's as personal as it gets.

I hold the cross tight. I feel shame for not seeing the truth and letting him down. It hurts my heart that we, his children, are quick to forget our worth to him. While He still watches us and protects us...unconditionally.

God is unconditional love. He wants to each and everyone of us to realize our worth. He understands our hearts and is merciful to our faults. We are each and everyone His greatest accomplishment.

I carry that love and gratitude. I was brought low..and God lifted me from the darkest. I want God to look down and delight in my heart. Kindness and compassion is what God gives us..it's time I shared it. I love with His example. Bless y'all🌹
