Jet-based on how easily he manipulated Katara, he's pretty emotionally intelligent.

Yue-we really don't know her that well but she seemed fairly emotionally intelligent

Suki-really don't know her well enough to judge.

Sokka-I'm really not sure. I don't think he has the highest emotional intelligence but I don't think it's a huge weakness for him.

Katara-fiercely empathetic but maybe doesn't understand the thought processes of other people the best?

Zuko-can be strongly empathetic when he feels a connection based on his own life experiences, but very limited cognitive empathy. Does not really understand the experiences of others or how these experiences influence them.
