This is kinda Ranty… but like I was talking to my friend about how when it comes to love and significant others I don’t see gender/sexuality/identity. If I love you I love you, plain and simple. But she kinda pissed me off with her response, she tried to invalidate my feelings about what I identify with, saying “but you only date girls you only ever talk about girls, the only time you’ve talked about liking guys is celebrities-“ blah blah blah. Like idk how to feel, I’m upset and I feel like my preferences are just a joke to her… like yeah I do tend to fancy women and date them but that doesn’t mean I’m opposed to dating any other person regardless of their sexuality and identity. I love who I love and I’m sorry if I rambled I just needed to rant this out of my system…
