─「エデン」─ the TRAILBLAZER was usually the one who resorted to showering her beloved with affection. it was more often than not that she was the greedier of the two when it comes to physical affection that ranged from hugs, cuddles, nuzzles, to barrage of kisses she bombarded onto her lover. today, however, just when she was trying ( and failing ) to curb that overwhelming need to shower them with her ATTENTION, resorting to a few ( read : a lot of ) soft, chaste kisses she placed all over their face, it was then they voiced their request that took her by surprise.
" someone is needy today. " it wasn't a complaint, not at all, far from it. her lips pressed to their cheek, then moved to the corner of their lips while her arms coiled tighter around their waist, pulling them closer. surely, if she had a TAIL, it'd be wagging so hard, smacking against the ground with how delighted she was to have her attention be demanded by her beloved.
" did you miss me that much ... ? " a kiss. " i missed you too ... " and another. on the lips. " ... you're always on my mind ... i missed you ... " a kiss to their jaw, then the chin, and back on the lips. her arms wrapped around them intimately, though being careful not to exert too much strength to hurt them. warm and soft. sunday was always felt right in her arms. like this was where they belonged. right here, with her, always.
" ezra ... " their true name dripped from her lips as they hovered close to their ear, giving another tender peck to the soft wing just behind it. the TRAILBLAZER resisted the urge to nip, opting to heave a soft exhale that almost felt like her attempt to hold back from gobbling them all up. " i love you ... i'll give you everything. a kiss. a hundred more. " she carefully shifted, guiding their face to hers and letting their golden hues meet under the soft light.
