There was a knock at Bea’s door, but no person when she opened it, just a garment box with a card taped to it. In the box was a black dress with a corseted top, and sheer slitted skirt with attached black shorts spanx, for modesty’s sake. The card read as follows:
-B We’re going to a charity event in Brussels. I’ll pick you up at 5:37am. Bring all your favorite gear and at least one stole, better for hiding guns. Didn’t know what you had to wear, wanted you to feel dressed to kill. This time, they won’t know what hit them. -M
