だだおしとは… 修二会の最終日に行われる鬼追いの儀式で 法力を宿した「牛玉札」（ごおうふだ）の力により 大松明(約120キロ)を持った赤鬼、青鬼、緑鬼を退散させる行事。 開山徳道上人が病にかかり、一時冥土に行った際 閻魔大王より授かったとされる檀拏印（だんだいん）を 修二会結願の日にお参りしている善男善女の額に 押し当てて加持祈祷が行われたところから 「だだおし」と呼ばれるとか。 大和の地に春を呼ぶお祭りとして親しまれています。

The temple complex is renowned for its stunning architecture, scenic gardens, and rich history dating back over 1,300 years. One of its most iconic features is the massive wooden statue of Kannon, the goddess of mercy, which stands over nine meters tall and is adorned with thousands of miniature statues.

長谷寺

Hasedera is one of my favorite temples. I enjoyed their red maple leaves before freezing cold in wintertime.
