So I think Harmony and Chem met by pure accident. Chem was slowly following his prey new subject, and. Woah hey that’s an Alphys. What. That’s new.
And that Alphys takes both you and the subject to some AU she genocided rescued from destruction, and starts strapping you both down. She looks frantic, excited.

Also I guarantee you that Chem is holding back little happy squeals the whole time btw.
I think eventually she just. Gives up. Bio/Chem/War is gone. And it’s frustrating but. That’s his script. Fine. Whatever. She would still try and consider Fair and Epic friends. She still cares for them in her weird way. Fair won’t participate in the experiments, but there’s always a copy of her own notes and folders, just for her lab partner.
It would be really funny for Fair if he helped her have a life outside of her jobs (experiments and general AU protection). Like girl go enjoy some anime!!
He'd honestly be somewhat... Relieved (?) that she didn't leave. Fair's honestly even a bit happy that one of his best friends favorite lab partners didn't just abandon him because he's different now.
