If you could relive any memory of your past, what would it be?
That's a fun question! I really miss my grandmother (she passed back in December of 2015). And i have one memory with her that I'd especially love to relive.
My grandfather (and grandmother back when she was alive) has a "camp" (it's really a second house, they're rich like that). A lot of our family have one in that same neighborhood.
And at one of my uncle's camps is this tree that has, not quite a tree house, but it's got some planks making up a ladder, and it's got a swing, and there's another rope or two that don't really do anything, and there's a nice place to sit where two branches connect (which is where the ladder leads to).
Anyway, the memory is of me, my mom, and my grammy all on the tree. I don't remember exactly how. I remember i was sitting where the teo branches connect (near the top). I think mom was on a step lower down the ladder. And i think Grammy was on the swing? Something like that.
And i was amazed that it held all three of us at once. Because my mom and her siblings played on that tree as kids. And so did my grandmother and her siblings, I'm pretty sure (not 100% sure about that one). And while i didn't believe it at the time, the tree was actually dead at that point. But it still held all three of us.
And i would love to relive that. And see my grammy again.
Anyway, thanks so much for the question! That was fun to think about! And you don't know how happy it made me to have someone take the time to send me a message!! THANK YOU!!!
I'll try and think of a question and send it yo you!
Have a great day/night/whatever it is by you! 💖💖
