...I might've gotten a little carried away with lighting effects once I realized this character was 🌟neon green glowing🌟 theme, but how could I resist?

Originally, I planned to draw him cuter because of the adorable reference image, but then the more I read up about Dorian and his origins, the more I felt a wistful / serious setting fit better. Ended up scraping my first sketch and creating this!

Maybe something serious is on his mind. Maybe there's a new threat looming on the horizon of the cold, endless night.

Ivy

So, Ivy is a scientist and I totally imagined her bringing a lab coat decked out with embroidered patches into the lab, all like: "What? I'm still wearing safety gear. This is fine, right?" So I gave her a little laboratory lanyard and everything! Her style is so fun!

and I know Scientist does not equal Chemist, but the lil flask was just so cute I had to add it. If she doesn't work with chemistry, it could be fruit punch she put in there for fun! 🤣

Took a little extra time on this one because I realized half-way through I was drawing her hair wrong (whoops!)

Hitori

The character prompt was: "A dark skinned Japanese mage with green eyes. Fantasy setting. Reading a book, sewing, or wandering through the woods."

Spent a bit longer on this, since it takes me more time to come up with a design from text. I wasn't sure whether to go more Arthurian European Fantasy, or more Japanese-inspired, so I ended up making a mix of outfits somewhere in between!

Leaned into the woodlands inspiration, a bit impressionistic. Hope it's close to the character!!
