it's just that artists style. they draw every character long and thin
(again i really like the drawing and hes very much my type but) its not that theyre long and thin its that they drew damien (a trans man) as having a HUGE bust and a tiny waist. you know. an hourglass figure. a feminine figure. when in the game hes drawn as masculine.
