I wanted to draw Hari’s familiar, Ruwa. She’s an Asian Golden Cat. I also wanted to draw Psyche @timmys-and-scribbles ‘s familiar!
I am marginally better at animals than I am at humans, so I like how this turned out.

Angry Hari. Let’s be fair though. It’s not hard to make her mad.
Hari (full name Sahara) is my fan apprentice from The Arcana. I’m working on developing my human drawings and this pose seemed to flow pretty naturally.
Asra is pretty good at helping Hari keep her temper in check, so don’t worry. This hothead won’t stay angry for long.
A Mermay version of Sahara! I never got around to coloring it, but I seriously can’t find the sketchbook I drew this in. I took a picture to show @ladytesla and then I forgot where I put the darn thing.
I imagine Sahara would be more of a betta style. She’s aggressive and doesn’t play well with others. She is mostly inspired by a crown tail and her colors would be blue/purple/black.
Here’s me trying out the same style of eyes I used for the first picture of Sahara. I’m having a hard time with faces and expressions, but she looks kinda cute! I gave her a flower crown like Selene’s (and I might redo Selene with this style because @ladytesla deserves it) .
Sahara’s flower crown has a hibiscus (because it’s Sahara’s favorite flower), ivy (symbolizes strong attachment) and gladiolus (symbolizes strength of character). Enjoy!
Sahara once again. I’m still figuring out styles and the like, but this turned out pretty well. Once again, this is my fan apprentice, Sahara or ‘Hari’. Her hair changed slightly since the other looked somewhat odd. She’s prickly, but Asra always knows how to smooth her out.
I showed her blushing because that was a fun expression for me to create.

Your apprentice’s biggest fear?
Sahara’s biggest fear is losing the ones she loves. It’s cliche, but she loves so deeply that losing Selene(her cousin, @ladytesla ‘s character) or Asra would leave a huge hole in her life that she might not be able to recover from.
