Suejin Ko and Yael Carola A warm welcome to artists Suejin Ko and Yael Carola from the United States and Germany, who join us at Art Print Residence for a new residency this July 2026. Over the coming weeks, they will immerse themselves in the timeless language of hard-ground etching and aquatint, discovering how copper, acid, ink, and paper come together to create expressive and deeply personal prints. Led by Jordi Rosés, and with the guidance of Ariadna Abadal, this residency is dedicated to exploration, technical mastery, and artistic dialogue. Through each stage of the process—from preparing the copper plates and biting the images to inking and printing—they will gradually transform their ideas into finished works.
