*Disclaimer: He's not my OC, he's a character from the above-mentioned novel, but since he's playing a crucial role in my fics, I decided to do a little introduction for him too*

Harbert is an eighteen-year-old young man who is especially interested in natural science, always curious and open to learning something new. His parents had died when he was only a young boy and now Pencroff (his dad's old friend) is taking care of him, who's like a second father to him.

Harbert was the only kid on the island and also everyone's baby, they love and protect him more than anything. Everyone tries to teach the boy something, so while he's cut away from the world, he still learns the important things in life.

If anything would happen to this cheerful young boy, everyone would go haywire and spoiler alert, something will.
