So it used to be possible to buy official Ace Attorney cakes in Japan for special occasions, including Christmas, Valentine's Day, and White Day (a month after Valentine's Day when women give gifts to the men who sent them gifts). This produced the wonders which you may already have seen online, such as the 2018 "I promise it isn't poisoned" Kristoph Gavin Valentine's Gift Cake. Complete with four iced hearts and THREE of what I can only see as boobs. (Well, they do say that witches have three nipples...)

I was particularly amused by the 2017 offerings in which you could reply to this chibi Phoenix Wright cake:

with either this NOT GAY AT ALL Narumitsu cake:

OR this chibi Maya cake if that ship's more your speed, or you're trying to let the other person know that you only like them platonically.

Really amusingly, the Valentine's Day 2017 set of six mini-cakes included Phoenix, Edgeworth, Apollo, Godot, Klavier and Simon.

While the White Day 2017 "thank you for the gift" set of six mini-cakes consisted of Godot, Franziska, Edgeworth, Klavier, Simon, and Nahyuta!

Like... is it me seeing everything through QueerOvision, or were they not even trying to suggest any M/F ships? Apart from Whomever/Franziska, that is. (I don't know what it means culturally if you reply to a Valentine's Day gift with a White Day gift of the same character. "Thank you for the Godot cake, here is a Godot cake for you?" Hm.
