The egg doesn't fall from the evolutionary tree. I was eight years old. A friend took me into his clubhouse. While inside there he noticed a splattered raw yolk on side of his wooden wall. He warned, "Watch out, that's egg!" Unaware of the negative uses of eggs, I said, with a wrinkled brow, "why were they cooking breakfast, here?" Naive, I couldn't understand. Use an egg to be mean? Why? Today, I'm continual amazed with what I can do with a single egg. What a day to celebrate the miraculous egg! Like my short story.
