They move over to the sofa and continue their conversation...

TARIC- “Hank, I could never love someone like I have you. Don’t be silly.”

HANK- “I am being serious, Taric, and I know you.  You can’t be alone.  You need someone here with you.  I want you to have that.  You are an incredible man and you deserve to be happy.”

TARIC- “I am extremely happy.  Remember that first time we met?  I was so excited about having a second date.  And even though I had other guys that I had to go out with, all I could think about was you. You made me happy from that first moment.

HANK- “That is my goal for you, to always be happy.  You gave me a second chance after John died.  You gave me children, you gave me stability you gave me life again, Taric.  I want those things to continue, so I give you my blessing to feel free to date and fall in love again.”

TARIC- “How about, you give me a kiss and then take a little nap here on the sofa while I make us some lunch.”

HANK- “Only if you promise to do as I have asked.”

TARIC- “Okay...I promise to try.  How’s that?”

HANK- “Taric, you have given me more that I ever could have imagined.  When we first met, I knew that we were meant to be.  I am so glad you didn’t toss me aside for being an old man.”

TARIC- “Hank!  Don’t be silly.  You were not an old man, you were vibrant and full of life and excitement.  Thank you for being understanding and respectful all these years.

HANK- “You know, that my time here is slowly coming to an end...”

TARIC- “Hank, don’t talk like that.”

HANK- “I think we should talk about it.  I mean it’s inevitable, and you know me, how I want things done in order and planned out.  But I want you to promise me something.”

TARIC- “What’s that, silly goose?”

TARIC- “I met Hank when I was but a child really, he had lived a full and productive life but had lost what he thought was his only love. We met and instantly I felt a connection.  For the rest of his life he was my partner, my friend, my confidant, my anchor. His passion for art and life was amazing.  His love for his children was totally unconditional. His love for me was unparalleled. I will forever be grateful for that day in San Myshuno when we met for coffee.

TARIC- “Maren and Kellen, Owen and Rodneisha, the four of you gave him so much joy and I know that he has instilled into each one of you his passion for life. It’s evident that even today Kellen is in London, showing his art and making the world happy. Hank would have loved to be there with him, and who knows, maybe he is.

TARIC- “And the four of you...what can I say to you that he hasn’t already. Each one of you, Cordell, Esther, Andrew and Cain...each of you have a part of him that is part of you.  Cordell, the love of nature and all that is natural. Esther, the humor and wit he had is so strong within you, Andrew, his ability to love unconditionally is so evident in all that you are, and Cain, I hear your grandfather in every note you play or sing.  Through each of you, Hank lives on.

Name Taric and Hanks Twins!!

I have six names that I like, if the twins are two boys then the top two boys names will be their name.  If it is girls, then the top two girls names...

If it is a boy and a girl then the top girl’s name and top boys name will be their names...

The surname will be Robinson (as there will be a wedding soon, and Taric is taking Hank’s name)

So here are the names:

TARIC- “14 dates...10 great guys, but now it’s over. The dating that is. Now for the decision.  Who will it be that I ask to be my boyfriend? Each one I connected with, each one I have feelings for.  Each one has something that just works with me. I know it’s difficult, and that’s why I am letting you choose.

Monroe was stable, strong, and romantic. He has a great sense of humor and really gets me.

Joel was fun and exciting. He was an amazing lover and great to talk to. We had a lot in common.

Hank was very romantic, also stable and open to new ideas and taught me things I hadn’t experienced. A true lover and partner material.

TARIC- “It’s like it’s been untouched.  Even though we are only a mile from the city, it seems like a different world here.”

Within a few minutes they were wrapped in one an others arms…

And it suddenly became intense…

TARIC- “We should go for a walk….”
