01 self isolating and being away is okay , you do what you need to do for your mental health but please realize that people aren’t always going to be there when you come back , or will stop trying to communicate , or if they’re always the person initiating the conversation it gets tiring to put in 100% and get next to nothing . it’s not a bad thing and it’s not like they hate you for it but they’re just tired and so when they stop , don’t be angry with them because they gotta do what’s best for their mental health too
