(the title being a combination of "menhera" (slang for someone suffering from mental health issues, usually those looking to improve or achieve recovery, while also combating stereotypes and showing a more raw and realistic perspective of the reality that comes with mental illness. those not as focused on improvement or recovery though fit more with the jirai kei/landmine subculture.) and ramen (the food)) The character's name is Oyo-kun.
