Anyways he's really nice and it sucks because the grocery store won't hire him part time because of his disability and he can't work full time because of it either. I know how that goes. It's like social security encourages us to go out into the world and work but then wanna penalize us and not understand our situations when we try to work. Back to the story though, he walks with a limp and stands in the parking lot waiting to help people with groceries. We always give him a little bit of money every time he helps us. Even though it's not much being a disabled person myself I know every little bit helps. So it makes me happy whenever I see him and that I can help even if it's just a little.

Got some good news though! I was able to get my Ed Sheeran tickets. I'm super excited considering I ALWAYS HAVE TROUBLE with Ticketmaster and handicapped seating. The last 3 years I've been trying to get taylorswift tickets and Ticketmaster either tells me they're all sold out or they don't know how to do disabled seating! Um 1) I highly doubt EVERY handicap seat at the Staples Center is sold out the minute they go on sale. Especially considering that about 50% of the people who buy handicapped seating don't even need them! I've seen this numerous times first hand. It's a shame because they take it away from people like us who actually need it. But I got my Taylor tickets even if they are super high up nose bleed. And I was able to get wheelchair accessible seating for Ed at the Hollywood Bowl too so yay!

Dating just sucks. I really don't understand guys and their problem with dating a girl in a wheelchair? It's lame. Things always seem to be going really good and then they just disappear :( I took a break from it all and everyone always tells me it'll happen when you stop looking but I'm so sick of looking that I have sort of stopped so why is it still depressing as hell?! Guess I will just be a lonely dog lady forever. That's mostly what had me so down today. But then I got that text from my niece with her telling me she wrote a paper on me at school about how she looks up to me and how I don't let anything stand in my way despite my disability and it just meant soooo much to me. It meant even more because she's only 12 and that's something she wanted to do on her own! It made me feel a whole lot better.

I know my worth. I know I'm awesome. I just wish I didn't care so much about dating and finding a guy who likes me. Because right now it honestly feels like there's no one out there willing to give me a chance :(

You suck! I call BULLSHIT on your Request Accessible Seating button. I've tried to get tickets to 3 different shows the past few days and I always get an email back saying handicapped seating is sold out. That is a complete lie!! You always tell me this but it's just able bodied people that are buying up the handicapped spaces from people like me who really need it. I refuse to believe that all the handicapped seating at the El Rey is sold out. I requested accessible seating before tickets even went on sale to the general public for this event and you still sent me an email back saying there was no available handicapped seating!!!! I really wish I could talk to Andrew right now (he'd recognize me once he sees me) and tell him how Ticketmaster is shit. I know a lot of people are probably upset because this is a highly sought after show so I'm sure things were crazy, but what I'm trying to point out is this isn't the first time your company has done this to me! This past week I have also tried for several different dates for the Book of Mormons and New Found Glory and I got that same email! A few years ago I tried getting tickets for my niece and I to Taylor Swift and the Jonas Brothers, and still the same thing! In fact, when I went to buy the Jo Bro tickets in person, the teller specifically told me she could not sell me accessible seating because she didn't know how to do that!!! And anyways, why even try? It's probably sold out...." I'm sorry but again I refuse to believe that a stadium show that holds thousands of people is completely sold out of accessible seating for people with disabilities! I believe accessible seating is sold out, but again because you allow able bodied people to purchase handicapped seating!!!! I don't know what I'm asking for here. I doubt anything is going to change. I guess I just wished there was a better system for people with disabilities who need accomodations to purchase tickets.
