Ever political, completely pissed off, routinely personal AND ridiculously melodic, Hand Hell (and The Bites) made poseurs out of all of us last decade. There's no comparing them to today's indie pop....some of which is okay/great/awesome, none of which comes within a square kilometre of this. Or this.

I got skin in this game.

The fact that no one really remembers this band probably makes me look better but the fan in me won't allow it.
