Training in full swing!
Tuesdays are always my long days! Yesterday I had a few hours of therapy in the morning and then, after a Sushi power lunch, we headed to the gym for 30 minutes on the racing chair and 21 miles on the handcycle. We are a quick dinner and headed to Dare2Tri's gym & swim for an hour in the pool! Whew that's a good day!
