Ingredients: 1 lb cooked ham, diced. 8 oz egg noodles. 2 tablespoons butter. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 8 oz mushrooms, sliced. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. 1 cup beef broth. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1/2 cup sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the egg noodles. Remove the water and set it aside. Put the butter in a big pan and melt it over medium-low heat. Put in the chopped onion and cook it until it gets soft. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms and mix them in. Keep cooking until the mushrooms are soft. Mix the mushrooms and flour together by sprinkling it on top. Slowly add the Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth while stirring all the time. Put the diced ham in the pan and cook it until it's hot all the way through. Turn down the heat and add the sour cream. Warm the stroganoff up without making it boil. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put the cooked egg noodles on top of the ham stroganoff. Add chopped fresh parsley as a garnish. Have fun with your tasty Ham Stroganoff!
