What if you don’t get along in real life. How sad would that be? Highly unlikely stop over thinking in your car and go inside. It was exactly the opposite of her fears. To finally see her face. Hear the nuance in her voice as she whipped around the apartment. The jolt of excitement and the certainty of never enough time alluding to the point very soon it would be showtime. A clothes line with sunglasses urged to be touched but that would be impolite they had only just met...well sort of. They talked about who they liked, didn’t like why, clothes, yoga, things they didn’t eat, why and a mild dialogue of love for her clawfoot bathtub. “We were bound to meet eventually....we are in the cool girl mafia”....”what’s that?”.....”It’s my idea that all cool girls know each other by like 7 girls.” “We better shut up or we’ll be late for the show. Your camera is on the table. She had won it in an auction months prior. “ I sent my drummer to pick it up,he does so many errands...she turned back to whipping her mullet into shape...then darting her head back into the door frame with cartoon like punctuation...I guess he does some of yours too” Holding the tiny pink Polaroid in her lap she realized the jumpsuit did indeed match perfectly. “Thanks so much for holding on this for so long...Hamilton is a hard sell for me sometimes.
