A ghostly encounter

One Halloween night, a man decided to wander through the forest, captivated by the mystery of the dark woods. He lost track of time and before he knew it, night had fallen. Realizing he'd have to spend the night there, he found a spot by a lake, lit a small fire and began cooking some sausages. As the flames flickered, he noticed a faint glow hovering over the water - a ghostly figure, floating silently just above the lake's surface.

Frozen with fear, he tried to stay calm, watching as the ghost drifted closer. But in a moment, as quickly as it had appeared, the ghost vanished into the night mist. Blinking in disbelief, he wondered if it had all been a trick of his mind or if he'd really encountered a spirit by the lake. 👻
