Meet Hallow! 🎃 Hallow is an amazing girl! She is a black tortoiseshell, which is absolutely beautiful and totally reminds me of Halloween 👻! She was turned into the shelter the same day as Treble (we think they came from the same family), and stayed there for over a month too! I have no idea who could pass on this girl.
