Recently @wine1percent posted a scathing review of Justin Cab. βThatβs harsh,β I thought and vowed to try it next time I saw it. This weekend it popped up on the hotel BTG list and I ordered one. Honestly, I was expecting that it would be a βbigβ Cab, maybe a bit too much oak, but still overall a decent and balanced wine. When I found out was that the recent review was not overly harsh, in fact it was very accurate. This one had literally zero talents. No acidity. It was simply 100% grape juice. Sweet like the type of Welchβs grape juice that you would serve to a small child in a sippy cup. So disappointing that I poured my glass into the planter box.
