I was trying to do it the other way around 3️⃣ Lift weights: Boy do I wish I would have done this sooner. Increased metabolism. Lowers body fat%. More curves. Tighter skin. 4️⃣ Don’t focus on the scale- It is not the end-all be-all of your progress 5️⃣ Find a plan that does not deprive you!!! If you can't stick to it, it will never work! . Losing weight is about establishing new consistent habits. You can’t make progress until you hang in there long enough to create a result.
