          Another day at the police department, though not quite as hectic as yesterday. The main officer sat at his desk, idly playing with a small plastic ball before he heard the door open with a small, soft chime, followed by the ting of a bell. He sat forward and tipped his barret cap upwards, his camo shirt straightened. He glanced up at the new client and sighed -- ah, and it was afternoon.

               "How can I help you?"

The door opened quietly, with naught but a tiny creak and a light 'thud' to indicate that it had ever been opened at all. It was surprising to see how such a frail guy, struggling with a suitcase in one arm and a crutch under his arm, could be so stealthy.

It was unlikely that his roommates, assuming they were even in that night, would be aware of his arrival, at least. Leaning on his crutch, he planted his suitcase against the wall of the living room, exhaling slowly, before noticing someone sat on the couch, presumably watching something on the television set up in front of it. Brushing a silver strand of hair out of his eyes, he made to gain the person (his roommate!)'s attention by speaking up.

Toshi was a very vast city, nearly beyond what Noiz was accustomed to handling. There seemed to be so much to do, so much to see as he wandered in the cold evening air. What should he do? Shop? Have a drink, maybe? ... Maybe not, it would be sort of shitty to stumble piss-drunk into his apartment and disturb the others.

Not that he really gave a damn in the least, but still... 

Noiz continued to make his way through the streets, wandering aimlessly for the most part. Boy, he was getting a little hungry. Perhaps he could purchase some sweets nearby... And as if to answer his prayer, a single, divine ice cream parlor came into view, ahead and to his right. Mm, even in the dead of winter, ice cream is the perfect treat to sate all sugar-lust. 

Upon entering the cute parlor, Noiz immediately took in the sweet scent of ice cream- god damn this place is sweet- and searched for the menu to look over the flavor choices.

Pistachio, vanilla, strawberry, cotton candy... He might have to go with them all. 

To his great surprise, the line was rather nonexistent, and Noiz happily approaching the employee behind the register.

"Can I get a 7 scoop sundae with two scoops of pistachio, coffee, cotton candy, two scoops of vanilla, and top it off with peanut butter ice cream please."

The worker smiled a little at his order. Yes, Noiz could be a big eater. Who wouldn't eat a seven scoop sundae? 

"Any toppings?" The employee asked kindly.

"Um... I'll get some marshmallows, Pocky, Oreos, and whipped cream." That's it Noiz, you crazy boy.

The employee prepared the order and Noiz payed accordingly, practically drooling by the time the dessert was handed to him. 

He dug in as he walked out of the parlor, and rounded an corner to return to the center of town. However, he was so immersed in his sinfully delicious sundae that he failed to notice the patch of ice right in front of him.

Gravity made Noiz its bitch, and the boy slipped and fell-

No, his sundae!

It firmly hit the back of a feminine jacket, soiling both the article of clothing as well as the ends of the girls hair. 

"Get out."

Akita had no qualms about throwing the guy out, he wasn't exactly a weak person but there were people who could easily over power him. This guy wasn't one of those people. The guy grumbled as he walked away from the shop. If the man didn't want to get thrown out then he should have acted like he had. There were women in his salon and there were just certain ways you should act in the presence of a woman. It left a foul taste in his mouth and scowl on his face, ah he wasn't used to being so irritated.

Oh there was a girl right there, smile Akita smile, you need to smile. He forced a smile for the girl and waved.
