Summary: It's the biggest day The Southlands has ever seen for tornadoes.
Separately, for Galadriel and Halbrand, it's their time to move on.
But together... it's their chance to make history.
Can they weather the storm?

When I posted the first draft of this piece last summer, it was a skeleton compared to this version. The foundation is almost the same, but the orchestra is literally twice the size. More layers, smoother transitions, better sound quality. I've really learned a lot since then. (For fuck’s sake, past self, use brass.)

A little drabble for day 1 of Haladriel week.
And you, my king?
The words echoed in his mind as he moved through perilous passes of stone into the darkness. Burned like seawater in his lungs. How appropriate, he thought, that she should be like the sea to him. Treacherous and alluring, calling him either to home or to ruin. He hadn’t been sure which, not even as he held her beneath the waters of the Glanduin. Not even now.

Here is my offering for Haladriel Week Day Two! The prompt is Corruption, Deception, or Redemption... and I maaaaaaay have smushed all three together!
Summary: Galadriel's thirst for vengeance only deepens after Halbrand's betrayal, the elf willing to cross any line to set things right.
But will her salvation come from the one she pursues above all? Or will the same wind that seeks to blow out a fire may also cause its spread?
