Post-MGS4 fic idea
After Snakeβs death, Hal continues his battle against nuclear weapons alone or with help by his friends. But he builds a Metal Gear akin to REX to help him: Metal Gear Elpis, a AI-manned Metal Gear that's able to identify nuclear weapons from anywhere in the world and destroy the weapons before it has the chance to hit their target or be used against anyone. He plans on keeping Elpis even after all nuclear weapons are gone to be sure he can to use it again if needed.
