On January 12th 1992 (the film) 1997 (the book), the HAL 9000 computer came online at the HAL (Heuristically programed ALgorithmic computer) Laboratories in Urbana, IL. The main programmer of the artificial intelligence was Doctor Sivasubramanian Chandrasegarampillai (mostly referred to simpler as Dr. Chandra). (2001 A Space Odyssey, the film/the book)
So the Buzz-Saw Cutter treasure level is supposed to be here, but the search option just isn't showing up for me. Anyone know what the HAL is going on???
(especially you @nintendo)
Edit: I posted this on Reddit and a lot of people are saying I need to save more waddle dees, but just one question: HOW MANY???

Thoughts on the new 3D Kirby game?
I'm pretty curious what that is. This could be the next big evolution for Kirby. Though, like, I dunno. I like Kirby lore but it's sort of like Dark Souls where it's this oblique background thing and on the surface it's just yaaaaay Kirby Game.
STARTING with "hey this is post-apocalyptic earth" is a bit out of character and I dunno how I feel about it being that overt. And I feel like that's been a trend with a lot recent Kirby games. I haven't played them, but picking up on what friends talk about and they're being a lot clearer at spelling out what kind of creature Kirby is, and demystifying origins of other things.
Lore like this is better when it's something you have to work for, I think. When it retains a sense of mystery.
But hey, I'm not picky. This isn't a make-or-break issue. I'm open to seeing what's up. I like Kirby games generally and I will say Kirby and the Forgotten Land or whatever it was called looks way more interesting to me than a Kirby game has in a long, long time. I appreciate what Kirby games do with experimentation but there's no denying that the weird games have been too weird and the normal games have felt a little too safe. This finally feels this could be a proper, real evolution forward, and it's been a long time coming.
Excited to see more.

(I don’t really like the way it turned out, but I will upload this anyway.)
Kirby belongs to Nintendo and HAL Laboratory, Inc.
Merry Christmas everyone!! Or if you're like me and don't celebrate Christmas, have a happy day with family and friends!
