Reunion Dinner #2 Our family gathered together to acknowledge the year that’s drawing to a close and to usher in the new year, the Year of the Pig. This year, a lot of family are back and to see the littlest ones is a thrill. Our feast (prepared by sis-in-law Anita) included hai som (sea cucumber), vegetable tofu skin medley, Hakka pork (cooked by neice Kelly), bamboo shoots (cooked by family friend Richard), prawns & lobak, braised duck and steamed pomfret.
