I think, past it all, Ui especially would support Hairu as best he could. Though of course, the sheer jealousy and upset could drive them apart for a while. I do think Ui wants what's best for her overall, despite his possessiveness of her, and while it'd take a bit to untangle, I think they'd come together. Same with Hsiao; she's pretty level headed and I think she would be so happy to show her support.
That being said, usually the best man is chosen by the man. I'm not sure Kaneki (or Haise) would choose Ui, unless trying to cater to Hairu. Though, I think it would be really cute and silly if The Quinx got to be Haise's bridesmaids of sorts, and Ui or Hsiao could be Hairu's best man. This of course would be pre-Kaneki, which could mean Arima walking Haise down the aisle. Who should be his maid of honor do you think? :P
