I think, past it all, Ui especially would support Hairu as best he could. Though of course, the sheer jealousy and upset could drive them apart for a while. I do think Ui wants what's best for her overall, despite his possessiveness of her, and while it'd take a bit to untangle, I think they'd come together. Same with Hsiao; she's pretty level headed and I think she would be so happy to show her support.
That being said, usually the best man is chosen by the man. I'm not sure Kaneki (or Haise) would choose Ui, unless trying to cater to Hairu. Though, I think it would be really cute and silly if The Quinx got to be Haise's bridesmaids of sorts, and Ui or Hsiao could be Hairu's best man. This of course would be pre-Kaneki, which could mean Arima walking Haise down the aisle. Who should be his maid of honor do you think? :P

I think Touka isn't super into TV, and Kaneki only watches things that are written well and he doesn't have a billion critiques for. Kaneki however is More likely to watch something with Hairu and gab about it afterwards. As I said before, Hairu would happily return that by reading with him and discussing themes and all sorts of fun Literature Major Things™ She may not understand that much but she loves to hear him passionate.

Touka and Kaneki do a lot of parallel play, with Kaneki reading and Touka laying with her head in his lap. They're happy to bask in one another, and they like to talk too. Get them going and they'll talk for hours, maybe even play argue just to do it.
All together, they like to accommodate. They're often Busy and Fighting and Frightened so they like to soak up their downtime together.
If that meant Hairu was the only one to get pregnant, both Touka and Kaneki would be so incredibly protective. I think neither of them would want her to leave The Bunker or what have you, especially considering her pre-existing health issues. Touka would be willing to be More lenient, but both would go out of their way to keep her down and cozy. She wouldn't let them totally cage her up though! She's too much of a busy body! I wonder if she'd crave human flesh? A parallel to Touka craving burgers? Hairu begging them both for some and being weirdly unphased by the taboo aspect of it. Both Touka and Kaneki staring at each other... Touka asking Kaneki why he couldn't have been more like her.
Hmmn and what do you think the aftermath is like of threesome? Do you think Hairu could be unpredictably pregy off that or she'd rather have a child or that she'd be like 100% certain with protection?

If this is before Touka gets pregnant the first time, then I feel they may all not know What his body may do, or what it could be compatible with. Similar for Hairu, with her own genetic makeup potentially even making her sterile. Maybe they're all just under the assumption that nothing's going to happen, they're all too genetically different. But Kaneki has Super Sperm and accidentally gets em both
While it's absolutely not ideal for the situation, I can also imagine Kaneki getting a crazy high from knowing his genetics are strong enough to impregnate Both of his girlfriends. I think Hairu would be hesitant to keep it, especially due to the probable complications, but I think eventually they could have a big family together 🥰
