How dare u assume he's homophobic 💀
(My handwriting suckz im sorry ;-;)
But yes, I truly HC that Fitch 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 cares about Marx, and has a crappy way for showing it.
He, as an elder sibling, always did have the responsibility for looking out after his younger brothers. They made their own life decisions, but he still had that worry for them.
Fitch saw Marx as an angering disappointment; because he had foiled with the wrong folks (gang demons), while following his dreams into applying for theatre/broadway (which was confirmed that he 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 a stage performer). But it caused him to hit rock bottom eventually when he started associating in dealing with the mafia alongside; now forever stuck working under Fitch's main rival, Castello; leader of that MOB demonic gang and owner of the studio Marx worked at. (From Fitch's perspective)
And Marx seemed 𝘰𝘬𝘢𝘺 with that (in Fitch's opinion), which frustrated and confused the hell out of him, making him scold and be mildly judgemental towards Marx.
It'd make him irritated thinking about it anytime it was brought up. He never understood as to why Marx kept staying beside that discriminating path he chose.
But...Fitch would get agitated on and off thinking about him at times.
Yes, Marx had made those choices himself. To be taunted by demons on a daily basis, working by them in whatever business they are doing, getting his life risked per day, and even start drinking.
But..how would you feel? Despite you and younger sibling and having disagreeable arguments, constantly butting heads and saying regretful things to each other...wouldn't you still feel anxious as to what they're going through right now?
Probably suffering, constantly in danger, and putting their own life on the line..
And you can't do anything about it, you can't 𝘣𝘦 there for them, due to 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 career and theirs..and their choices and 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴.
It's painful. It's hard to ignore.
Fitch couldn't hate him though.
