When the Empire killed Fire, in the aftermath they still warmed their rations over the campfire. Only, it was changed. As I bit into the rations a soldier offered me, I could feel it. The force warming our food was no longer Fire as we knew it. It was violent, corrupt like those who had slain its vessel. The only word that could describe it was āInfernoā.ā

Skylar sighs a little, a small smile on his face. "When hasn't Shyama caused me trouble?" he asks, one hand moving to hold the scar on the side of his body. "She's been a trouble since day one. Tried to kill me, after all. She had a good reason though, because Lumi was gone. I don't know what I would do with her without Lumi. They call themselves sisters, so I guess they must have been close when in the wild.
"I think Shyama's caused problems for Lumi before too. It's hard to see now that she's evolved, but Lumi has a scar under her right eye," he traces a line from his nose down to the middle of his cheek as if to show where his Froslass' scar is, "but I haven't asked either them about it.
"Other than trying to kill me, Shyama..." he hangs his head, "causes lots of trouble. Breaking things, stealing things...my gosh. This one time she stole aĀ thief'sĀ pokemon's pokeball...with the pokemon inside! I'm lucky he didn't call me out on it. I need to keep a better eye on her.
"Hopefully I don't get anymore trouble causing pokemon."
