Maharishi University of Information Technology (Noida Campus), in association with upGrad, recently organised a 24-hour hackathon (Brewing Codes). During the event, the students worked on five tracks: Clean and Green Technology, Agriculture and Smart Farming, Smart Education, a Smart Healthcare System, and Renewable and Sustainable Energy.
The MUIT(Noida) Campus witnessed 100+ participants, including 15+ teams from reputed colleges in the Delhi NCR region. 10 teams were selected for the final round. They have to create their project prototype at night and present it in the morning. JSS ACADEMY OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION, NOIDA grabbed the first prize, whileGLA University was the runner up.
Addressing the participants, Trapty Agarwal (Dean, Academic Affairs), MUIT (Noida), said, "The Brewing Codes Hackathon aims to discover innovative ideas from young minds to solve the problems in society."
