#hack away

I found it odd though that the account that it had come from was one that was...well...protected. If I really dug into it I could find out, but I didn’t see a point in doing that. So for fun I had moved some their money around to other accounts including my own. No worries I made sure not to leave a digital fingerprint behind. I am that good when it comes to hacking. I won’t go into a mishap that was heard on the news that may or may not have been Lenny and my doing. I’ll leave that to your imaginations.

Anyway...so as I was finishing up I was approached...now...I am always a little nervous when someone out of the blue just approaches me. Not had any good experience with that in the past. So when this girl approached and asked what I was doing...I became a little nervous. Naturally I lied and told her that I was checking my e-mail. No harm done.

I guess that she didn’t hear me cause she just went quiet as I finished up what I was doing. And when I got up to get on my ‘Baby’ she called out for me to wait...wanting to start over cause she didn’t hear me...it was a little awkward I will admit. Her name was Tanna, she had come to New York and lives with her Uncle. She had heard little about the invasion so I am sure I sounded a little crazy telling her little about it. Wasn’t long after that, that she decided it was time for her to go.

We went our separate ways.

On my way home I had gotten a call from Donatello, I had to ask him how his date with Fuji had gone, he didn’t say really just sent me a gif that said it all.

I was so happy to hear that it went well, but he had called to ask me a favor, they needed groceries, Raphael wasn’t feeling well and he needed tea and chicken soup. So I went shopping for them, getting them everything that would normally be picked up when grocery shopping. And a little more. I mean, I had just gotten a good amount of money just recently.

So long story short I had gotten them what was needed and more. May have spoiled them just a bit. I went to the lair and delivered it to them. Donatello was beaming, he was happy and I could just see the happiness that was elating from his eyes and features. I was so happy for him. As we put the groceries away we did some griping at the arrogance of some people and the way they bagged groceries. It wasn’t hard to do people!

Anyway, then we got to talking about his date. I was so glad that the information I gave was helpful. That they had an amazing time. Donatello was so very happy, so much so that he did a dance like this. I was so happy for him to have found someone like that, to have her be a part of his life. And it sounded like they were a couple now, which had me all the more happy for the both of them. I could tell that there was something there between them. Even called him out saying that he was “love struck” he told me not to rush it that this was only a second date. I apologized, of course not meaning it, which he caught onto. :D

Then somehow we got onto the subject of Casey in fact he was stating that there was something between us...I had to remind him that Casey and I were just friends, his reply being that he and Fuji were just friends for months. I told him that I had a guy friend for many years and we were never a thing, though we did so much together. He then asked me if I ever blushed when hearing Lenny’s name. I had to tell him that I pretty much blushed at everything. I embarrass easily. God Lenny would make a game out of how many times in a day he could make me blush. Pickup lines...weird and awkward quotes and ideas. At times he was a pervert.

As if on cue I got a text from Casey that was not helping the conversation at all. Not going to let you know what was sent. But it got us talking about how I didn’t know if Casey was being serious or not. I told him about Lenny and how he would do things like this. Just to get me to blush. That I had never thought of making a relationship like that for myself. That I had been told that guys do not look for girls like me. I didn’t tell him that those words were from my own father. Why I took them to heart like I did. I admitted that I did have a crush on someone, yes. But that had only created the humiliation and cruelty of high school when that had gotten out.

Guh...hurts still thinking about it...

Anyway! I told Donatello that I didn’t know if I should take Casey seriously. He asked me if I wanted to take him seriously. Truth was...I did, but we hardly knew each other, there was so much he didn’t know about me...things that I don’t tell just anyone. But I was also afraid that this was only because recently I found that I didn’t want to be alone...Donatello told me there was nothing wrong with not wanting to be alone. This was true...but if it created these false feelings...how is that at all fair on Casey...

To make it more confusing...feeling that way...didn’t that mean that I did care about Casey. Well yes, I do care about him. I have become attached to him and the others...mostly him...given how we met and things that happened after. Especially at the party. He definitely made it a night to remember. Well, him, and of course Felicity’s cubs. Who I still need to go see!

Donatello suggested that I hang out with Casey more, with others there so that there was no pressure. I liked this idea.

I replied to Casey back with some words of sass provided by Sassatello. :D

Wasn’t long after that, that I said my goodbye to Donatello and headed home. I continued to text with Casey until I couldn’t keep my eyes open.
