Regardless of your gender, if being referred to as female (by someone who just means you have a certain body type & were treated a certain way growing up) makes you want to "rip your skin off and wretch," that's really, really unhealthy. I used to feel like this so I understand, but it's so unhealthy and it's not conducive to healing. I strongly encourage you to introspect on these feelings & talk to a therapist if you can. I'm not concern-trolling, I promise, I understand those feelings.
