Stoke by the bucket-load shooting @gztrun from the saddle of the @GiantBicycleza #stance this past weekend. There's no doubt in my mind that this is the most time-efficient (and #ecofriendly) way for #sport shooters to get around on any #outdoor event šš One thing is for sure : #GZTR19 and their #mtb sister event, @great_zuurberg_trek, boast some of the most epic #trails anywhere in the country. The #hayterdale trail network near #addo lies at the heart of this #easterncape #mountainbiking paradise, and the #giantbicycles #stance was the perfect weapon for this #singletrack heaven! As always, the incredible #OosKaap #adventureprovince came to the party with a breathtaking #nature overload. Grasslands ridgelines, verdant montane valleys, dinosaur cycadifolias trees dating from millions of years ago, superlative #sunsets and even a close encounter with elephant at one of the nearby lodges ... can it get any better than this? ššš“ Yup, it can, and it does! Our fabulous hosts at @zuurberg_mountain_village certainly pulled out all the stops. Gourmet country-style cuisine, the friendliest staff on the planet, @bridgestbrewery_pe #ipa on tap, cracking cranking right from your doorstep, and @sanparks #addo just down #Zuurbergpass ... I cannot imagine not being back here next year to shoot this beaut of a #boutique event. And doing it on the #giantstance #eBike is like having your cake and eating it, Bru ... zigging trails, downhills at speed, and humming coolish tunes while cruising those impossible climbs.
