There are a handful of options, none are perfect and most are considered experimental as this is not a practice commonly done, but there are things we can do to lesson your sensitivity down there. One lesser permanent option is lidocaine injections, lidocaine is a local anesthetic which when injected into the nerves works as a temporary nerve block, but this would have to be repeated weekly to achieve the desired results. Lidocaine burns quite noticeably as it’s injected so that can be disliked by patients.
