♧ Any part of their canon portrayal you dislike?

Expecting me to say Bendis? XD Well probably not. It’s more of an indifference there. Because on one hand, he pretty much had Typhoid spewing off random shit like a loon and forgetting that she’s a bit more cerebral than that. On the other hand, it was the first thing with the character that I had written. Plus despite that, it still showed that Typhoid was a threat.

♢ What’s your opinion on different interpretations of your muse?

It kind of varies. On one hand, you got the stuff that frankly didn’t seem to have much effort put into it in a negative way, but on the other hand you have stuff that I probably wouldn’t initially like before deciding that I should just have fun with it. 

♚ Do you agree with fandom interpretation of your character?

Yeah, to be honest this whole precious cinnamon roll thing. Yes, Matt’s a damaged character and he’s been through a lot; there is absolutely no denying that. The problem is though, and it’s one thing the Netflix show fandom ignores, is that Matt does as much damage to himself, if not more, than he’s had done to him. He perpetuates his own suffering by wallowing in it. It’s not to say he doesn’t perk up and push past his guilt and depression, but there are times, numerous even, where he prefers to sit there and be sorry for himself.

"Aside from the usual? No. You think someone climbed through my window and decided to use it as a Motel 8 and forgot their medicine?"
