Lego Aerial, from Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury, scaled for playing Mobile Frame Zero: Rapid Attack. Pulling off the bits, and getting them to look good as the shield, armor parts, and rifle barrel extension was a nightmare that I'm still not entirely satisfied with, but at this scale its a small miracle to get this far. On the opposite end of the spectrum, was extremely pleased to discover the trans red 1x1 tile with black stripes that makes for an excellent stand in for the Permet glow parts of the mobile suit. Side note: I've always loved the Aerial's design, and it finally occured to me while working on this build that it has big Samus Aran energy. Witch from Mercury is the newest Gundam series, and I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it, or is interested in starting Gundam but doesn't know where to jump in. Its very self contained with beautiful music as well as mech/character design. It also has one of the more powerful stories to tell, that stands apart from many of the previous Gundam series (particularly its wholesome views on lgbtq), and I truly wish we'd have gotten another season to decompress some of the plot beats/examine of the side arcs/characters more.
