Here fishy fishy... I don't know why I keep catching these black drum instead of red drum.. This one was 40" tip to tip and felt like it was evey bit of 50 lbs, if not a little more. Thankfully there were some guys on the pier to help steady the rod and land the fish as well as snap the pics. I was flat out exhausted after getting hung up on a crab trap that was waaaaaay too close to the pier.
