Calpurnia Guiliman, Wife to Roboute Guiliman
AU tldr: Before even Horus was found, the Emperor and Malcador would have conversations about the Primarchs (what they would be like, how easily they would come to the Imperium, and of course the impending doom of the Heresy.) At one point, while the Emperor was speaking his worries of his son's tempers, Malcador suggested giving them wives. A good wife can keep a man in check, more so than his father or brothers.
The Emperor thought Malcador was joking at first, but as the Sigilite explained further, the Emperor realized he was serious. Instead of brushing off the Sigilite's words, the Emperor listened and allowed Malcador limited access to his genetech. Thus, each primarch was given a wife perfectly crafted to suit the ideals of himself and his home world's culture.
Calpurnia was a mild-mannered soul, with a sharp mind more attuned to that of books and study than diplomacy or showmanship. Her relationship to Guiliman was a strange one, they seemed to exist on separate plains from each other - but when they came together, they shared a deep connection. Sadly, they only truly came together towards the end of her life, after the brith of their only daughter Secundia and the outbreak of the Heresy.
Calpurnia was lucky enough to survive Calth, despite being pregnant. She had her daughter upon the return to Macragge and named her Secundia after the also newborn empire. Sadly, the joy her daughter brought their marriage didn't last, as both Calpurnia and Secundia were killed by Konrad Curze during his rampage through the Fortress of Hera.
