After trudging through this day I feel defeated when it comes to completing of a random act of kindness, nothing I did in my day seems to fit the bill. However, earlier this evening I made a declaration to myself that I will share with all of you, and will serve as an act of kindness both for today and for years coming. Today, I decided the following;

all future pets I procure will be rescues

I will make a minimum of 12 donations a year (monetary, materials, or otherwise)

with every grocery order I will purchase and donate a full meal to a local food bank or church organization

I will continually read, and promote reading and authors

every year I will work to complete at least 1 item on my “Life of Adventure” list

These are just a few resolutions that I have come up with for now, I plan on adding to this list in the future as my life changes and develops. I am also open to suggestions of things either you, my readers may think suit me or of things you declare for yourselves. I think it’s a unique way of mapping out what you want out of your life, what things are important to you, what you want to give back. I hope everyone can have some fun with it, while still putting their best foot forward. Happy mapping!
