I love rainy fall days 🍂

I had to email my professors and tell them I couldn't do the discussions because of my epilepsy and I am so embaassed. This is my first hypothermia season while in school. I'm exhaused and because of my unpredictable hours, I can take my mes ontime. I keep missing dosagaes by hours and its affecting my work, my school, and my sleep. When it affects my sleep, it makes it all worse because sleep is my trigger.

I was diagnosed with epilepsy in November of 2021 and lucky haven't had a seizure since, but that doesn't mean it doesn't affect me. Epilepsy can affect mood and cognition. Between the onset and the start of my medication, I was so...affected I wouldn't be able to pour water out of a boot if the instructions were on the heel. It was BAD. When unmedicated, my mood would spike and then drop so bad i was passively suicidal and getting closer to active.

I don't talk about my epilepsy except in a joking way. I hate how much I am struggling because of it. It's so new, it's scary, and I don't know how to balance school, work, and epilepsy yet.
